WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. No other tax will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. EVA FRANCO is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
RECEIVING A REFUND
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA number. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be sent in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
All items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Eva Franco has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at firstname.lastname@example.org.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Eva Franco. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
